The Agriturismo has always nicknamed from the family “La Fattoria”, it was born from the restoration (between 2009 and 2012) of an ancient agricultural property of the princes from family Ruspoli, with the aim to completely keep the original architecture and the charm of this building with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, without give up to the attention for the environment and the energy-saving through the photovoltaic technology and the solar heating.
The suggestive portico in the garden let you enjoy the warmth of a sunny day during your breakfast or while you’re reading a good book. The property is located in the middle of a huge garden, you can eat open-air and grill on the barbecue, you can have a dive in the swimming pool or play bowl pitch while children have a great time in the playground. Free car park and Wi-fi are also provided.
Four big double rooms en-suite bathroom are at disposal of our guests at first floor with a big and well- equipped kitchen with fireplace and the huge living room with a billiard table for moments of relax and fun. The whole floor is the ideal place for big groups of families and friends who are looking for a very big space to be shared together with all comforts and at the same time they can enjoy the freedom and privacy of an apartment for their own.

How to reach us
By car:
From North: Exit Motorway A-14 MAROTTA-MONDOLFO, turn right following the trunk road 424 direction Pergola up to the km n° 22,400.
From South: Exit Motorway A-14 SENIGALLIA, at the roundabout take the second exit and follow the direction to Castelleone di Suasa, after you have reached Castelleone follow the direction to San Lorenzo in Campo.
By train:
Nearest railway stations are Senigallia (AN), Marotta-Mondolfo (PU), Jesi (An), Fabriano (An).
By plane:
Nearest airport is Ancona-Falconara.
